Wendy Mancuso ~ President/CEO

Wendy co-developed the company in 1990, with outstanding leadership experience, she specializes in business management and information systems technology development. She is also an expert in the EMS field, possessing 25 years of experience as a Medic, President, Vice President, and Treasurer at her local ambulance company. Additionally, she volunteered with the American Red Cross from 2005-2010 where she held Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Treasurer positions.

Lynette Duckworth ~ Chief Operations Officer

Lynette has been working with the company since 1992 and has been CAC certified since 2010. Her responsibilities at MedEx including overseeing all employees and daily operations, overseeing Billing and Account Receivables, and working closely with clients to meet their needs and assist them with any special requests they may have.

Mary Ross ~ Executive Assistant/Billing Analyst

Mary has been with MedEx since 2004 and has worked in the Health Care field since 1996. She has experience in physicians coding, evaluation and management coding, and ambulance billing and coding. Mary earned her NAAC Ambulance Billing and Coding certification in 2009. Mary’s job duties are diverse, stretching from industry research, client reporting, client and patient relations, sliding fee scale projects, and multiple special reports and projects.

Dawn Zachary ~ Sales Executive

Dawn has been in the medical field for over 15 years with extensive professional experience in sales, client relations, and customer service. Dawn is responsible for developing relationships with potential clients and helping agencies seamlessly transition into MedEx’s billing services.
